Mr. Richard has been involved with both real estate brokerage and mortgage lending for more than 40 years. He has been recognized as both a mortgage producer and educator. He has consistently been recognized as a top mortgage originator throughout the country, and is licensed in seventeen states. Mr. Richard has also been named by D Magazine as one of Dallas’ “Best Mortgage Professionals” each year for more than a decade.
